We had a fantastic time this weekend at the Parka Patio, and we hope you did too. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported Latitude 53, and to those who donated or purchased artworks. You may have run into our team of three photographers at the party—we’ll have images and video from them soon right here on the blog so you can relive your favourite moments.
Thanks again for making it such a great time—we hope to see all of you again soon. This Friday we’ve got a new show opening by Korapin Chaotakoongite, and it will be joined in March by Unstable Natures, and of course we have lots more exciting programming to look forward to through 2012.
The Fine Art of Schmoozy has come and gone once again, paving the way for 2012 and a host of exciting events in the New Year.
Latitude 53 would like to express their most heartfelt thanks to all that took part in this amazing event. It would not have been possible without the help of many dedicated organizers and volunteers.
The show was a sell-out and well over 300 people were in attendance. All items that were donated for auction were bid on and sold. Delightful cuisine was provided by local restaurant sponsors and music from some of Edmonton’s top artists created a soulful and intoxicating rhythm for the evening.
Just wanted to send out a great big ol’ THANK YOU to all the volunteers, artists, staff, sponsors, and other assorted awesome people that made Visualeyez happen this year. Thanks for all your time, effort, patience, dedication, and general rad-ness. We did iiiiiiiit!
